UXMAL APARTMENTS

The El Puente CDC neighborhood revitalization and housing strategies are focused around the personal values and the holistic approach that incorporates resident needs, challenges and strengths of the South Central neighborhood, i.e. issues of income, jobs, health, childcare, skills training, small business development, education, culture, and social services.

Uxmal Apartments is part of the efforts to revitalize the South Central area by serving as “incubators” for families who want to remain or return to the South Central barrio, and/or eventually want to own homes in the barrio.

Since opening in late 2002, the eight units of Uxmal Apartments have been fully occupied.
